Then Collaborative Team Practice (CTP) is for you. CTP is an effective way for a divorcing couple to work as a team with trained professionals to resolve disputes respectfully, without going to court. Teams consist of some or all of the following: parenting coach, financial specialist, lawyers and divorce coaches. CTP strives to negotiate an acceptable settlement without going to court; foster open communication between parties; maximize information sharing; and create solutions keeping both clients’ core concerns in mind.
